1.I haven't received a subscription key #

You can find the subscription key on your invoice which is automatically sent when the transaction is completed. If you choose direct bank transfer to complete the payment, it can take a few days to complete the transaction. If you haven’t received a subscription key, you can contact our support team via [email protected]

2.The system updates every few seconds. What should I do? #

It is possible to change the GPS frequency in the eFarmer app settings so it can update and display your position faster. You can edit the update rate in SETTINGS >> GPS frequency and set it to 5 or 10 Hz.
