Thank you for your purchase. We want you to be completely happy with your FieldBee product.
If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the receiving date and get a full refund.

How to return products
To initiate a return of your order, you must contact the support team. The returned parcel needs to be shipped within 30 days from the date of its arrival at your doorstep.
Please follow the below checklist:
- Please contact the Support team to get your Return Authorization number.
- All returned items must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, documentation and packaging materials. Boxed items can be opened, but all the accessories must be included.
- The returned products have to be in an “as new” condition
- New products may have installation marks (screw impressions, etc.) or other light marks.
- Used products: if the product you bought from us was 'as new' or 'refurbished', it needs to be in the same condition as you received it from us and may also include installation marks (screw impressions, etc.) or other light blemishes.
- Pack the products properly, preferably using the original packing and wrapping materials that your product came with when returning your package to us.
If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the unit(s) double-boxed so they arrive safely at our facility.

Use the following shipping address:
- Please write the RA number on the shipping label and NOT on the product box itself;
- Please use a shipping method that is traceable;
- We recommend that you insure your package when shipping it back to us. We assume responsibility for the products only after we receive them;
Ship the product no longer than 30 days after receiving it. Otherwise, the right to a refund will be lost.
If you are located outside of the EU you will also get a Commercial invoice for customs
- Fill in the required documentation (Commercial Invoice with your return authorization number included). Print 3 copies of the Commercial Invoice.
- Properly pack all items to be returned (see instructions above).
- Attach the commercial invoice to a plastic document sleeve on the outside of our return package. This is necessary for your return to clear customs.
- Follow any additional instructions provided via email along with the return shipping address.
Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless you’re returning the product due to it being defective or due to delivery of the wrong product.
Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective / damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:
- Sending you replacement parts or accessories (please contact our support team)
- Replacing the product
- Issuing a refund
And we’ll also cover the costs of any return shipping.
If the return is not due to our error or product defect, return shipping fees will apply.
After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment.
Please allow at least 14 days from receipt of your item to process your return.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
In case products received are not in proper condition as defined above, the item's list price will be deducted from your refund partially or in full, according to the item's state.
