Thank you for your purchase from FieldBee. We want you to be completely happy with your FieldBee product.

We're committed to providing you with the best service and ensuring your rights as a consumer are respected.

Right of dissolution

As a consumer in the Netherlands, you have the statutory right to cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your product, as required by Dutch law. At FieldBee, we extend this right to 30 days for both consumers and businesses, for your convenience. This right will expire after 30 days from the day on which you receive, or a third party authorized by you (other than the carrier) receives your product.

How to return products

To initiate a return of your order, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team to obtain your Return Authorization (RA) number using the phone numbers or email address listed above or through other clear and unambiguous means.
  • The returned parcel must be shipped within 30 days from the date of its arrival at your doorstep.
  • For customers located outside the EU, follow the procedure described in the section “Returns from outside of the EU.

Return conditions

For a successful return, please adhere to the following conditions:

  • All returned items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, documentation and packaging materials. Boxed items can be opened, but all the accessories must be included.
  • The returned products have to be in an “as new” condition. New products may have installation marks (screw impressions, etc.) or other light marks.
  • Used products: if the product you bought from us was ‘as new’ or ‘refurbished’, it should be in the same condition as you received it from us and may also include installation marks (screw impressions, etc.) or other light blemishes.
  • Properly pack the products, preferably using the original packing and wrapping materials that your product came with.
  • If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the unit(s) double-boxed for safe transit.

Shipping and packaging instructions

  • Write the RA number on the shipping label and NOT on the product box itself;
  • Use a shipping method that is traceable we recommend insuring your package when shipping it back to us. FieldBee assumes responsibility for the products only after we receive them;

Ship the product no later than 30 days after receiving it. Otherwise, the right to a refund will be lost.

Returns from outside the EU

For the customers located outside of EU it is imperative that packages are collected by our designated service to avoid potential delays and problems at customs. Any independent shipment of packages without prior notification to our support team will result in customers being responsible for any associated customs fees.

Follow these instruction:

  • Contact our support team to get a Return Authorization number
  • Fill in the commercial invoice which needed for customs (you will be instructed by support team)
  • Provide all the necessary information for arranging a pickup of the package (convenient date, time, dimensions, and weight of the package)
  • Properly pack all items to be returned (the proper packaging examples are above).

Shipping costs

Please note, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges unless you’re returning the product due to a defect or due to delivery of the wrong product. If the return is not due to our error or product defect, return shipping fees will apply.

To provide you with shipping costs we have an approximate shipping cost table that varies by country and weight of the package.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

In cases where there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective or damaged at the time of receipt, we will make it right by:

  • Sending you replacement parts or accessories (please contact our support team)
  • Replacing the product
  • Issuing a refund

We will also cover the costs of any return shipping.

If the return is not due to our error or product defect, return shipping fees will apply.


After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment.

Please allow at least 14 days from receipt of your item to process your return.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

The consumer will be held liable for any diminished value of the Product if the handling of the Product goes beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and operation.

If the products received are not in proper condition, as defined above, the item’s list price may be deducted partially or in full of your refund, depending on the item’s state.
