FieldBee produces and sells precise tractor guidance systems, field operations software, and data-driven solutions to farmers, agricultural OEMs, and distributors. The R&D and Production Center of the Company is in Gliwice, Poland.

The Role:

The role is based either in Amstelveen (the Netherlands) or in Gliwice (Poland). Reporting to the CFO (based in the Netherlands), the Management Reporting & Business Analytics Manager will be a strong business-focused analyst who will participate in the delivery of accurate and timely operational business data, analysis, business insights, and managerial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Data Oversight

• Establish business data pipelines, tooling, and processes that are effective and efficient to support delivery of both short- and longer-term forecasts.
• Constantly review and improve business data throughout the business with a particular focus on utilising business intelligence and data analytic tools to highlight business insights.
• Data visualizations generate insights from business data, ensuring that key insights are reported swiftly and addressed.
• Maintain constant business focus on product costing and overhead recovery.
• R&D Project Costing.

Managerial Reporting

• Weekly cash flow forecasting
• Monthly financial data consolidation (3 legal entities)
• Oversee timely and accurate management reporting throughout the business,
  providing insights into variances vs. forecast and long-term business plans.
• Develop data visualizations within the business e.g. on Labour, Materials, Margin,
  Project Cost, Production etc.
• Support in preparation of monthly  management reports and other submissions to
  the Executive Committee.

Forecasting/Long-term Projections

• Responsible for rolling forecasting and annual long-term planning.

MIS implementation

 

A key objective of this role will be to act as a key member of the project team and a
business partner to the R&D and Production functions with regard to constant
enhancement of the management information system (MIS), on the basis of Odoo,
development of reports/visualizations to provide business insights, which will
facilitate the visibility into capitalized internal labor costs, R&D project cost, product
costing, product profitability and working capital management.

• A degree in a quantitative field and minimum 3 years of working experience
• Advanced skills in Excel and business data analytics tools are a must
• Finance / Accounting knowledge is beneficial
